About Steve Neesam

skills, qualifications and experience

An experienced psychotherapist, counsellor, hypnotherapist , supervisor and trainer based in Eastbourne, East Sussex, helping you to better achieve your potential and gain release from the problems affecting your life.

During my years of clinical practice, I have worked with hundreds of people who sought relief from the issues that were negatively affecting their lives.

As an “Integrative Therapist,” you will benefit from a wide range of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy and Hypnotherapy. There are many schools of therapy, each with their own strengths. My role is to harness this knowledge to help you in the best way that I can.

In your therapy sessions, you will experience a safe, warm and non-judgmental environment. You will have space to freely explore the issues that are troubling you. Some people find it difficult to talk about themselves at first, whilst others feel an immediate need to unburden themselves. There is no right or wrong way and you will find yourself relaxing more and more as we work together.

I am also a qualified Supervisor to other counsellors and psychotherapists and I train new Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists in London and Oxford.
